Brass and silver oxidize naturally with time and with contact with the skin. Wash it with a bit of lemon juice or vinegar to bring back the metal color, shining and bright.

In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state as when you received it. You must have the item in the original packaging.
